Manager of Finance & Operations
About Hong Kong Open Printshop
Founded in 2000, Hong Kong Open Printshop (HKOP) is Hong Kong’s first non-profit open printshop run by artists. In 2012, Hong Kong Open Printshop registered as a charitable organisation. Our main aim is to promote visual art with an emphasis on image making and give back to the community by providing art programmes that people of all ages and from all walks of life can enjoy.
Duties include:

Operation

Overseeing and managing general office operations and human resources functions
-
Ensure compliance with all related regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices in all administrative processes to enhance the performance of the company

Overseeing facilities management, procurement, and vendor relationships.

Providing management reporting and key performance data for review by the management team.

Finance
-
Developing and implementing financial strategies for long-term sustainability and growth.

Preparing and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections in alignment with the organization's strategic plan.

Supervising day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.

Assisting with grant applications and reporting, as needed

Requirement:
-
Bachelor’s degree holder or above, in management or related disciplines
-
At least 5 years of experience in non-profit financial and operation management in Hong Kong cultural sector is preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of non-profit organisation management, including funding application, program planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
A team player, be able to work independently and under pressure.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including staff, board members, donors, and community partners.

A commitment to the organization's mission and values, and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing non-profit arts and cultural organizations.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

Computer literate, especially data analytical skills
-
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager of Finance and Operations

Occasional shift duty is required. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
